Making creative materials easier to access and harder to throw away.

We collect good quality second-hand art, craft and sewing supplies and give them another chance to be used and enjoyed by others through our online shop.

Think of us like a collective craft cupboard: somewhere for the fabric, paints, yarn and creative treasures sitting unused in our homes to become the beginning of someone else’s next idea.

We’re starting small with our online creative reuse shop, but our bigger dream involves a permanent creative home: part shop, part studio, part tool library and part gathering place.

Creativity is for everyone!

You shouldn't have to own all the right kit, identify as an artist, or even know what you're doing to enjoy making things.

We want to reduce the barriers that get in the way of exploring creativity. Like cost, confidence, access to materials and the (often self-imposed) pressure to make something perfect.

Affordable supplies and welcoming activities make it easier to have a go without a big commitment.

Use what already exists.

Sustainability for the win! Making something new shouldn’t always mean buying something new.

We find new homes and uses for materials through the Scrapp shop, workshops, redistribution and repurposing.

We can’t save everything, but we can make thoughtful, practical choices that keep useful supplies in circulation for longer.

Make room for making.

Creativity is often squeezed into the leftover corners of adult life and that's just plain wrong.

We want to create opportunities for people to turn up, use what’s available and get stuck in.

Making alongside others offers a chance to swap ideas, share skills and connect. The experience matters as much as whatever gets taken home (or left behind, your call).

Use the good paper!

Materials are there to be used, and mistakes are part of the process. Not everything we make needs to be useful, sellable, shareable or even finished.

We believe in experimenting, trying new techniques, failing a few times, changing your mind halfway through, and just making something simply because you feel like it.
